Two sources are saying that the Xbox One will expand to more countries in April and October 2014. A white version of Xbox One is also coming and Microsoft is considering a model without a Blu-ray drive, too.
Xbox One launching in more countries in April
Microsoft left many fans disappointed when they delayed the Xbox One in several regions. An insider posting on NeoGAF and sources at The Verge are now saying that there are two launch waves; one in April and one in October.
They claim to know that Xbox One will launch in April in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Hong Kong, Russia, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile. It will launch in October in China, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Egypt, Czech Republic, Hungary, Greece, Israel, India, Indonesia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and United Arab Emirates.

A white Xbox One is coming, say sources
The reports also say that a white version of the Xbox One will hit select markets this fall and that Microsoft is considering launching a cheaper version of the Xbox One without a Blu-ray drive. A major software update that will fix several bugs is expected in March.
Flatpanels reached out to Microsoft earlier, but they will not confirm or deny the launch rumors yet. Until the official word drops we remain skeptical.
