Now everyone can develop Chromecast apps

We expect to see several video and music focused apps and services embrace the Chromecast, but also hope to see more creative uses of the TV dongle.
Chromecast is still only officially available in the US, but an international launch has been rumored for some time. With local app makers now able to develop apps for the device, Google can certainly appeal to more markets.
