If you are a PC gamer you probably already know what G-Sync is all about. Acer’s latest 27-inch monitor combines 4K resolution with G-Sync. Say hello to the new XB280HK.
Acer’s 4K G-sync monitor
This monitor is for the gamers. It is the first monitor to combine 4K resolution with Nvidia’s G-Sync that eliminates picture shutter and reduces input lag. It is not a 120 Hz monitor, but should still offer great gaming performance in 60Hz and G-Sync.

It uses a 28-inch TN panel with 3840x2160 pixel resolution. Acer says that it also reduces eye strain due to the flicker-free backlight. It can connect to a PC via DisplayPort and it also offers four USB 3.0 ports.
The stand allows you to tilt, swivel and height adjust the monitor. You can also put it in 90-degree pivot.
XB248HK is part of Acer’s new XB0 line of gaming monitors, says Acer. It will be available in the US and Europe in Q2 2014. No price details have been announced.
