Samsung already has the most extensive line-up of Ultra HD TVs, but is now adding two more in Europe with the HU7200 and HU7100 ranges. The new TVs are Samsung’s cheapest curved 4K TVs so far.
More curved Ultra HD models
The two new models both offer 3840x2160 pixels and HDMI 2.0 for connecting 4K players. Unlike some other manufacturers, Samsung has also made sure to include HEVC decoding, which means that 4K streaming from Netflix and others is supported.

Both new TVs are curved, just like several of Samsung’s more expensive TVs, and will be available in 55 and 65-inch sizes. All of the Smart TV features are integrated, including apps such as Netflix and Youtube. You will also be able to upgrade the TVs every year with a purchase of the Evolution Kit.
The TVs incorporated twin-tuners, enabling you to record a TV show while watching another. However, no 3D functionality is built-in.

The difference between HU7200 and HU7100 is the stand, as can be seen in the photos above. Moreover, HU7200 comes with a "Smart Touch" remote control.
The two new Ultra HD ranges will be available in Europe, starting this month starting at 1799 Euro for the 55” models and 3199 Euro for the 65” models.
