You were missing out when you watched Westworld on HBO. The UHD Blu-ray release will include both Dolby Vision for HDR picture quality and Dolby Atmos for object-based audio.
Westworld in Dolby Vision & Atmos
The first confirmed UHD Blu-ray title from Warner Bros in the Dolby Vision HDR format is not a movie. It is instead season one of HBO’s Westworld.
The studio has actually been onboard with Dolby Vision on UHD Blu-ray since the announcement way back in January 2017 at CES but this is their first confirmed title.

Warner Bros already offers 40 titles in Dolby Vision on iTunes so the studio appears to be waiting for something. When we met Warner at IFA earlier this month they told us that Hollywood is expected to release as many UHD Blu-ray discs in the last four months of 2017 as in the first eight months of the year.
Westworld is based on the 1973 film by Michael Crichton, and has been adapted to a 10-episode TV series. It has big a big success for HBO and has been renewed for a second season. You will now be able to own it on disc in the best possible picture and audio quality.
Westworld will be released on UHD Blu-ray on November 7, 2017.
