Bang & Olufsen is adding a new edition of the BeoVision Eclipse in brass tone and with a speaker cover in smoked oak to its line-up. BeoLab 50 speakers and a remote control will also be available.
BeoVision Eclipse Brass Tone
The refreshed edition is named ’BeoVision Eclipse Brass Tone’ with reference to the soundbar case and stand that now use brass-colored aluminum. The original BeoVision Eclipse OLED TV, which will remain available, has a silver look. The base of the stand has been changed to black.
The speaker cover is made from smoked oak lamellas in a dark brown tone. Bang & Olufsen has also refreshed the BeoLab 50 speaker to match the look. Additionally, the company is offering a remote control (the BeoRemote One) in brass tone.

This is not the first time that the Danish luxury company has added brass-toned products to its line-up. In 2016, the company launched the ’Cool Modern Collection’ comprising 11 products. This became a permanent addition to the portfolio.

BeoVision Eclipse is Bang & Olufsen’s first TV based on OLED technology. It has been created in collaboration with LG Electronics, which means that the TV is an actual LG screen with webOS. B&O has designed and developed the speaker bar and sound processing system.
The Brass Tone edition is available now in select markets. Pricing for the BeoVision Eclipse starts at around 11,000 USD / 9,000 Euro for a 55-inch version. The oak speaker cover costs around 1300 USD / 1000 Euro, depending on your region.
