LG Electronics USA calls it a “Black Friday Season” promotion as the prices have been reduced ahead of November 23. However, the savings are moderate.
LG’s Black Friday 2018 deals
Black Friday 2018 is almost here and LG is trying to get ahead of its competitors. The sale runs through December 1 so you have time to decide.
LG is discounting its B8 and C8 OLED models as well as the SK9000 LCD model. However, as noted by CNET, the 2018 OLED TV prices are actually higher than the prices during last year’s promotion. Buyers in the U.S. can still save some money but we expect the TVs to get cheaper in a couple of months – if you can wait.
The 55- and 65-inch LG C8 OLED models have been discounted to $1700 and $2700, while the 77-inch has been available for $7000 for some time. The 55- and 65-inch B8 OLED models cost $1600 and $2500. LG is also cutting prices on its 55- and 65-inch SK9000 LCD TVs.
