In the US, TCL and Roku are joined at the hip, and like its other TVs the new 6-series models come with the Roku OS platform built-in. From Roku OS you have access to streaming services such as Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. Later this year, TCL will launch its new 8-series, which is the first LCD TV with a miniLED backlight. TCL's upgraded 6-series models will compete head-to-head with LCD TVs from the likes of Samsung and Vizio in the upper mid-range segment of the market. They are available now in 55 inches (55R625) and 65 inches (65R625) for $600 and $800, respectively.
