Disney+ to launch in eight more European countries in September
Disney+ will launch in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Belgium, Iceland, and Luxembourg on September 15.Eight more countries
Disney+ is already available in parts of Europe and on September 15, 2020, it will expand to eight more countries across Europe for 7 Euro per month (69 NOK/SEK, 59 DKK) or 70 Euro per year (689 NOK/SEK, 589 DKK). The original plan was to launch in at least some of these regions over the summer but the company postponed it to September. Like Disney+ in existing regions, the streaming service will include access to Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm (Star Wars), and National Geographic. It will also offer originals like The Mandalorian.Content will be available in up to 4K Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Disney+ supports offline viewing, 4 simultaneous streams, and other features.
