Microsoft has confirmed that Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S will both launch globally on November 10, 2020, for $500/€500 and $300/€300. Xbox All Access will expand to new regions.
Next-gen Xbox consoles
After several leaks, Microsoft has made it official. The new generation of game consoles will, at least for Microsoft, launch on November 10, 2020. Pre-orders are scheduled to start on September 22.
- "Xbox Series X, our most powerful console ever made, and Xbox Series S, next-generation performance in our smallest console ever built at a more affordable price, launch globally November 10, pre-orders start September 22," said Microsoft.
Xbox Series X and Series S will cost $500/€500 and $300/€300, respectively.
The difference between the two? Besides design and size, technical specifications for both are listed in the spec table at the bottom.

Microsoft is also expanding its Xbox All Access subscription service to more regions. A subscription plan will give you a next-generation Xbox console plus access to over 100 Xbox/PC games from Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for 24 months. On top of that, Microsoft is adding access to EA Play to the package.
Xbox All Access will be available in a total of 12 countries this November: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, South Korea, Sweden, the UK, and the US. In the US it will cost $25 per $35 monthly for an Xbox Series S or Series X, respectively.
You can also subscribe to Xbox Game Pass without All Access. A regular subscription to Game Pass will you give you access to Microsoft's library of over 100 games. The game subscription service is key to transforming 'Xbox' from a physical console into a brand associated with the full gaming experience, the company has said.
