Apple One bundles TV+, Arcade, Music, Fitness+, and more

16 Sep 2020 | Rasmus Larsen |

Apple has announced a new discounted subscription bundle called Apple One that includes access to TV+, Arcade, Music, iCloud, News+ and a new Fitness+ service.

Apple One

Apple One has three tiers: Individual, Family and Premier. The first one includes Apple Music, TV+, Arcade and 50GB iCloud. The Family bundle adds 200GB iCloud and lets you share the services with your family. Apple TV+ is the company's video subscription service. Apple Music is a music subscription service while Arcade is a game subscription service where games work across Apple TV, Mac, iPad and iPhone. The Premier bundle, which will be available in only a few markets at launch, adds Apple News+ and the new Fitness+ service that Apple introduced at its 'Time Flies' event. iCloud storage increases to 2TB. Fitness+ relies on Apple Watch with its many sensors in combination with a Fitness+ app for Apple TV, iPad and iPhone.

Apple

With Apple One, the American company strengthens its services strategy. For the consumer, it is a chance to save money when subscribing to multiple services. Savings add up to $6, $8 or $25 dollars per month respectively, according to Apple. In the US, the company has also started bundling streaming services from partners. Apple One launches this fall in over 100 countries with a free 30-day trial for any services that customers do not already have.
