Google Stadia, the company's game streaming service, is now available in Austria, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Switzerland, bringing the total up to 22 countries.
Google Stadia in Europe
After its first step into Europe and other regions in November 2019, Google is bringing Stadia to eight additional countries in Europe.
- "Now millions more people can play games on Stadia as it becomes available in eight new European countries. If you’re in Austria, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia or Switzerland, you can easily sign up at Stadia.com. Access to Stadia in all these countries rolls out over the next 24 hours. Stadia now works for anyone with a Gmail address in 22 countries," announced Google.

Stadia lets you stream games over the internet to a Chromecast Ultra device connected via HDMI to a TV. The launch of Stadia was plagued by issues but Google has steadily been rolling out fixes, a free version, new features, and games. A Stadia app for Android TV is expected to arrive with the release of Android 11.
On Stadia you must buy your games on top of the monthly €10 per month subscription plan, after the one month free trial.
