The Philips audio brand will make a comeback in North America. The first products include a 3.1.2-channel Dolby Atmos soundbar, a wireless speaker, and headphones.
Philips in North America
Philips audio products will once again be available in the US and Canada as part of a global licensing partnership between Philips and TPV USA.
- "We are delighted to bring Philips' outstanding sound, design and experience back to North American consumers," said Kevin Brinkman, head of sales and marketing, TPV USA. "Whether you're an audiophile looking for high-end designs and premium sound, an active consumer looking for comfort and convenience for an on-the-go lifestyle or a movie enthusiast who wants to create theater quality at home, there's a Philips product for you."

Philips B8905 3.1.2-channel soundbar
The first five products will be available later this fall. The Philips B8905, launched in Europe in late 2020, is a 3.1.2-channel soundbar with Dolby Atmos and DTS-Play Fi support. It will be available in September on Amazon and other dealers for $600 USD and $780 CAD.
The other four products are the W6205 (wireless music speaker), A7306 (in-ear headphones), Fidelio L3 (ANC headphones), and H9505 (ANC headphones).
Entry-level and mid-range Philips TVs are currently available in North America as part of a partnership with P&F USA (Funai). There has been talk about bringing TPV's high-end Philips OLED and LCD TVs – with Ambilight and Android – to the US but so far nothing has materialized.
