The new Xiaomi TV Stick 4K is an alternative to Chromecast with Google TV. It is powered by Android TV 11 and supports 4K, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and AV1 video decoding.

It is smaller than its remote control but the hardware is still capable enough to let you stream 4K Dolby Vision from compatible services. It will not match more powerful devices like Nvidia Shield and Apple TV 4K in generel performance and GPU, though.
It is powered by Android TV version 11 and is depicted with the old Android TV user interface but we would expect it to get the refreshed Google TV-like user interface soon. Android TV offers access to Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, Disney+, HBO Max, Netflix and many other streaming services.

Xiaomi's TV Stick 4K can be considered a direct alternative to Chromecast with Google TV (still running Android 10) as well as the Roku and Amazon Fire TV sticks. Unlike many of the other ones, Xiaomi's stick supports AV1 video decoding.

It also boasts official support for Dolby Atmos, DTS-HD, WiFi, and Bluetooth 5.0. Additional specifications can be found below. It has a standard HDMI 2.0 port.
Xiaomi has not said when it will be available or how much it will cost but we would expect it to be priced competitively.
