Samsung's new 'lifestyle TVs' for 2022 will introduce a matte LCD panel with anti-glare and fewer reflections across The Frame, The Serif, and The Sero.

Ahead of CES 2022, Samsung has announced an upgraded line-up of its so-called lifestyle TVs. The Frame is the most popular of the bunch and it will once again come in sizes ranging from 32 to 85 inches. Its model name in 2022 will be LS03B, i.e. QE55LS03B for a 55-inch model in Europe or QN55LS03B in North America.
The big news this year is the addition of a matte LCD panel for reduced reflections – something that looks more akin to a canvas. There are now more than 1600 pieces of digital art available from the subscription-based Art Store on the Frame.

As for The Serif and The Sero, these two will also get the matte LCD panel with 4K resolution. The Serif line will be expanded to include a 65-inch model.
In addition, Samsung's 2022 TVs will have a redesigned Tizen homescreen with a sidebar menu and a new 'Gaming Hub' that provides access to Google Stadia and GeForce Now.
A new Auto Rotating wall bracket and stand lets users rotate The Frame – much like The Sero. The bracket is optional and works with The Frame models up to 65 inches. The 2022 Smart Hub will have a vertical mode with 'Multi-View' functionality and also support YouTube, TikTok, Ambient Mode+ and Art Mode in vertical orientation. Rotation can be controlled with the remote control.
The 2022 lifestyle TVs will also have other improvements and new features that Samsung will reveal more about at CES 2022 next week.

The Sero offers an optimized watching experience with its new Matte Display in both vertical and horizontal modes. The new vertical Multi View function takes multitasking to the next level, allowing users to simultaneously view different content on the top and bottom of the screen, or search information online while watching something. |
