Hisense A9H is the successor to last year's A9G and it now features HDMI 2.1 for improved performance with the latest game consoles. It will also launch A85H OLED TVs.
While Hisense will move all of its 2022 premium models in the US to Google TV, the Chinese company will continue to use its homegrown Vidaa Smart TV platform in Europe, now in version 6.0.
Vidaa provides access to Amazon, Apple TV+, Disney+, Netflix, and other streaming apps. It lacks features such as built-in Chromecast and AirPlay but is still compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
The biggest upgrade compared last year's A9G is that A9H now features two HDMI 2.1 ports with support for VRR up to 120Hz as well as ALLM and eARC (one port only). The two other HDMI ports are conventional HDMI 2.0 ports.

Hisense will also launch A85H OLED TVs in 55 and 65 inches with most of the same features but a less powerful speaker system. A85H has a swivel stand.
Hisense explains that A9H has 'Sonic Screen' speaker technology that vibrates the screen to produce sound. We have not had a chance to listen but the concept sounds very similar to 'Acoustic Surface' in Sony's OLED TVs.

The 65-inch Hisense A9H OLED TV is available for pre-order now in the UK, with shipping scheduled to start on July 9. It will also be available in other European countries soon.
