Disney+ to raise prices and introduce ad-supported plan in December

11 Aug 2022 | Rasmus Larsen |

Disney+ will raise its subscription price from $7.99 to $10.99 per month in the US in December 2022 and at the same time introduce a new ad-supported plan for $7.99 per month.

Starting in December, the company will offer two subscription tiers called Disney+ Basic and Disney+ Premium. It will still be possible to save money on the ad-free Disney+ plan by paying one year up-front.
