Philips has launched its 2022 OLED models including OLED807 with the improved 'OLED EX' panel. The TVs are available now in the UK, Germany, and other European countries.
First unveiled in late January, Philips' 2022 OLED TVs come with new features such as IMAX Enhanced and a Game Bar to give console and PC gamers quick access to gaming functions.
Other features include Android TV (Android 11), built-in Chromecast, two HDMI 2.1 ports for 4K120 and VRR (plus FreeSync Premium and Nvidia G-Sync Compatible), multi HDR support (Dolby Vision, HLG, HDR10, HDR10+ Adaptive), and Philips' 6th generation P5 video processor.
And of course Philips' mood lighting system Ambilight, which has in recent years been extended to also work with gaming, Philips Hue, Spotify, and other things.

OLED807 is Philips' first with the 'OLED EX' panel (except 48 inches) which is said to offer up to 30% higher brightness as compared to conventional OLED TVs. OLED707 is a more affordable model without 'OLED EX' but with most of the other features.
