Apple has released tvOS 16.1.1 only for the Apple TV 4K (2022) to address a storage bug with the 128GB version.
The new Apple TV 4K (2022) for the first time comes with 128GB of storage but tvOS 16.1 has a bug that prevents users from installing additional apps and games after 64GB has been used up.

Apple has released tvOS 16.1.1 with a fix.
- “tvOS 16.1.1, for Apple TV 4K (3rd generation) only, fixes an issue where Apple TV could become unable to install apps,” said Apple.
tvOS 16.1.1 is available now for Apple TV 4K (2022).
