The new user interface will roll out gradually to devices such as Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, and Smart TVs.
Much like Netflix's recent design refresh, Hulu's biggest change is the introduction of a sidebar for navigation. The sidebar on the left side of the screen gives the user quick access to TV shows, Movies, sports, news, 'My Stuff', and more.
You can press the back button to open the new sidebar menu. The menu was previously located at the top.

The update began rolling out last week and will over the next few weeks reach all supported TV devices including Android TV, Google TV, Apple TV, Fire TV, LG webOS Smart TVs, Samsung Tizen Smart TVs, Roku, Vizio SmartCast TVs, and more.
Late last year, Hulu raised its prices from $7 to $8 per month for the ad-supported plan and $13 to $15 per month for the ad-free plan.
