Bang & Olufsen is expanding its Beovision Harmony range of OLED TVs to include the largest screen to date. The new 97-inch OLED TV features 4K resolution and a powerful speaker system.
In 2021, Danish luxury AV/TV manufacturer Bang & Olufsen became the first TV maker to completely phase out LCD in favor of OLED technology in its TV line-up. It offers three TV ranges known as Beovision Harmony, Eclipse, and Contour.
B&O is now expanding the Beovision Harmony range to include a 97-inch OLED TV with 4K resolution, despite the 88-inch Harmony having 8K resolution. That, of course, has to do with the fact that LG Display is only producing the 97-inch WOLED panel with 4K resolution.

LG inside
Bang & Olufsen's TVs are actually LG OLED TVs (G series) with modified software, which are mounted on top of a very powerful B&O speaker system that unfolds like a butterfly opening its wings when you turn it on.
This means that B&O TVs support everything LG's G-series OLED TVs do including Dolby Vision, HDMI 2.1, VRR and webOS.

Powerful speaker system
The built-in 3-channel speaker system delivers a total of 450W from one 1-inch tweeter, two 2.5-inch fullrange drivers, one 4-inch midrange, and two 4-inch woofers.
It has an integrated 7.1 surround sound module to let you connect 8 wired B&O Beosound speakers and an additional 8 wireless WiSA-compatible Beosound speakers.
The 97-inch will be available in Black Anthracite, Natural Aluminium and Gold Tone finishes with an oak wood front cover.
It is an elegant beast designed to cater to buyers of luxury products, and it has an overwhelming price tag to match. It will be available starting next week for €59,000 / £50,650 / $63,075.
