The massive 115-inch TV is already available in China and was showcased at IFA 2023 in Berlin as the world's largest miniLED LCD TV. It may come to Europe next year.
TCL has shaken up the market for large-sized TVs with the launch of multiple 98-inch 4K models – and even more coming very soon including some with miniLED zone dimming.
The Chinese company is also supplying Samsung and Sony with the LCD panels for their 98-inch versions.
The 115-inch display was brought to IFA 2023 in Berlin to showcase that TCL has even bigger plans. The company said that it is the world's largest of its kind so far and that it comes equipped with a powerful multi-channel audio system, too. Norwegian magazine Lyd & Bilde managed to snap this photo at IFA with people for scale.

Europe next year?
The 115-inch is not coming to Europe this year, Marek Maciejewski, Product Development Director at TCL Europe, told FlatpanelsHD.
A launch is still under consideration for next year, but cost remains the main concern. FlatpanelsHD did not receive an update on plans for North America, so we will likely have to wait for CES 2024 in January.

We can learn more about TCL's 115-inch LCD TV by looking towards China where it was launched last month for 80,000 yuan (10,200 Euro) as the X11G Max with 4K resolution, a 7.000:1 native contrast ratio, more than 20000 miniLED dimming zones, and 5000 nits peak brightness.
In other words capabilities that far exceed movie projectors, which is a buyer segment that TCL's large-sized TVs are starting to appeal to, especially as they add miniLED zone dimming to enable some form of HDR picture quality.
