Samsung has announced that the cloud gaming apps available on newer TVs can now also be used globally on 2020 models, while Boosteroid is being added on 2022-23 models.
The Boosteroid app provides access to AAA games and joins the existing line-up of cloud gaming apps – Xbox, GeForce Now, Amazon Luna, Utomik, Antstream Arcade, and Blacknut Cloud Gaming – on Samsung's Gaming Hub.
"We created Boosteroid to offer players effortless access to high-end gaming rigs through the cloud, allowing unlimited AAA gaming," said Vlad Kosmin, Corporate Vice President for Boosteroid. We're eager to welcome a new community of players to our platform through Samsung."

Boosteroid costs 7,5 Euro per month and provides a remote PC in the cloud with access to the games that you have already purchased on Steam, Epic Games Store and Battle.net.
The Gaming Hub is available on 2022 and 2023 Samsung Smart TVs as well as newer Samsung smart monitors and the Freestyle 2nd Gen projector.
Cloud gaming on 2020 models
After bringing the individual cloud gaming apps – not the Gaming Hub interface – to 2020 models in the US and Canada earlier this year, Samsung has now completed the global rollout.
To use Xbox, GeForce Now and other cloud gaming apps on your 2020 Samsung TV or monitor you must download and install firmware version 2500.00. The apps can then be downloaded directly on the TV from the app store.
Samsung has not announced plans to bring the cloud gaming apps to older TV models, despite these models being technically capable of running the apps as well as supporting game controllers over Bluetooth.
