Vudu, the digital movie storefront, is soon being rebranded to Fandango at Home, allowing users to link their account to Fandango.
Vudu was sold by Walmart to NBCUniversal's Fandango in 2020. After the acquisition, FandangoNow was folded into Vudu.
Now Vudu is becoming Fandango, the company announced on X, formerly Twitter.
- "BIG NEWS: Vudu will soon become Fandango at Home, making Fandango your one stop shop for movie's and On Demand! We will still have the same great films, shows, deals, and bundles, plus your library will stay right where it's always been. Stay tuned for more," the company announced.

No changes to your movie library
Additionally, the company has published an FAQ, which promises that "all your movies and TV shows from Vudu will remain in your Fandango at Home Library. Nothing in your account will change."
Fandango at Home will continue to stream movies in up to 4K, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos.
The only change for now is that users will be able to link Fandango and Fandango at Home accounts.
