Samsung is launching an expanded line-up of OLED TVs – many featuring LG Display's WOLED panels – now becoming available in the US, Germany, and other regions.
After years of shunning OLED TVs, Samsung now champions the technology, positioning both its own QD-OLED and LG Display's WOLED as its flagship 4K ranges.
First unveiled in January at CES 2024, S95D features the 2024 QD-OLED panel with increased brightness and an anti-glare coating. S90D is a panel lottery between QD-OLED and WOLED, while S85D is expected to feature WOLED exclusively.
Available now – more sizes later
Following an early launch of some new OLED models and sizes in the US, Samsung's 2024 OLED TVs are becoming more widely available in additional sizes and regions.
S95D and select sizes of S90D are now available in the US and parts of Europe.
The 42, 48 and 83-inch versions of the S90D will arrive later in May or June, depending on your region, along with S85D. Samsung has already announced pricing in some regions.

Fastest growing OLED TV brand
Once the rollout is complete, Samsung will offer a wide line-up of OLED TVs to compete with LG, Panasonic, Philips, Sony, and other manufacturers.
LG is also gearing up to launch a full range of new OLED TVs soon, while Sony is expanding its OLED line-up with a few additional models while carrying over other models including last year's A95L QD-OLED. Philips plans to offer a total of four OLED ranges in 2024, and Panasonic will next week unveil its full 2024 TV line-up.
- "Samsung is the number 1 global TV brand for 18 years running – and the fastest growing OLED TV brand for a reason. Samsung OLED TVs deliver vivid colors and stunning contrast," said James Fishler, SVP of HE, Samsung Electronics America.
