LG's B4 OLED TV featuring four HDMI 2.1 ports now also available

18 Jun 2024 | Rasmus Larsen |

LG has announced that in addition to the C4 and G4 models, the cheaper B4 OLED TVs are now also available, including in the US, UK and Germany.

The B4 looks like a more interesting alternative to the C series this year, as LG has upgraded from two to four HDMI 2.1 ports for up to 4K120. B4 also features other gaming technologies such as VRR, FreeSync and G-Sync compatibility, as well as movie Filmmaker Mode, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos.

While Samsung also offers four HDMI 2.1 ports in its step-down OLED models, most other competing brands still offer only two HDMI 2.1 ports in their OLED TVs. B4, C4, G4 – later M4

The launch of B4 follows the release of C4 (the successor to the C3) and G4 (the successor to the G3) earlier this year. LG's 2024 OLED TVs are now available in most major regions.
