Following TCL, Hisense, Samsung and others into the market for very large TVs, Xiaomi will launch its first 100-inch 4K LCD TV next year, starting at just 2000 Euro.
98-inch 4K LCD TVs became affordable a few years ago thanks to TCL and its display panel subsidiary, TCL CSOT. Hisense followed with a slightly larger 100-inch version, built on an LCD panel from the Chinese panel maker BOE.
We expect Xiaomi's 100-inch TV, known as the Xiaomi TV Max 100, to also use BOE's VA LCD panel, although this has not been confirmed 100% yet.
2000 Euro starting price
With the TV launching in 2025, competition in the very large TV segment is expected to heat up.
In Europe, the 100-inch Xiaomi is priced at 2000 Euro. This is the starting price, so it is likely we will see it selling for even less later in 2025 or 2026. An 85-inch version will be available for 1300 Euro.

At the time of writing, this compares to 2600 Euro for the 100-inch Hisense U7KQ (with miniLED zone dimming).
TCL's cheapest 98-inch P745/P743 without zone dimming currently sells for 2000 Euro, but TCL also offers higher-end models with miniLED zone dimming.
The Xiaomi TV Max 100
Xiaomi confirmed that the 100-inch LCD TV will feature a 120Hz panel (with 144Hz support), 4K resolution, two HDMI 2.1 ports with 4K120 and VRR, a 1080p 240Hz mode, LED local dimming, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, Dolby Atmos, WiFi 6 and Filmmaker Mode.
It is powered by Android TV with access to all popular streaming apps including Disney+ and Netflix. Both Apple AirPlay 2 and Google Chromecast are built-in.
The TVs will be available next year, but the exact launch timing was not confirmed. So far, Xiaomi has confirmed availability in Europe.
