Popular media player Infuse has reached version 8, which for the first time includes an app for Apple Vision Pro. Support for 3D video and immersive environments is coming "soon".
Competing with Plex, Emby, Kodi and other media players for local media playback, Infuse is focused on Apple's ecosystem. Infuse 8 introduces a fresh design.

On Apple TV, the new layout can be enabled in Settings > General -> Details View: New.
Users with large libraries or multiple servers should see significantly faster loading of lists and items, the company said. There are also new video playback controls.
Infuse 8 for Apple Vision Pro
Starting with Infuse 8, you can watch your local media files, including 4K HDR movies, in the Apple Vision Pro headset.

Infuse 8 is a free update for current subscribers and the apps can be downloaded from app store now.
