Samsung is yet again expanding the Art Store on its The Frame TVs with new curated artwork from Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, National Geographic and more.
Following additions from artists like Salvador Dalí, Botticelli, da Vinci and Van Gogh as well as works from major institutions such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Samsung has now partnered with Disney.
All Disney pieces are available in 4K resolution on The Frame TVs – both new and older models – which double as digital art displays when not in use.
- "We’re thrilled to expand our collaboration with Disney to offer their most beloved artwork to our global community of Art Store users," said Heeyeong Ahn, VP of Visual Display, Samsung Electronics. "By offering a diverse range of artistic content that transcends genres and generations, we aim to enrich the everyday lives of our users with art."
Star Wars, Planet Earth, The Little Mermaid
The companies did not specify how many Disney pieces have been added but highlighted examples such as The Little Mermaid, Snow White (not the new one), Tangled, Star Wars and Planet Earth.
The new content is available in Asia, North America and Europe, where the Samsung Art Store is supported. The Art Store is a $4.99/month or $49.90/year subscription.

- "Samsung Art Store, a global digital art subscription platform available on Samsung TVs, now offers over 3,500 curated artworks from more than 800 artists and 70 world-class galleries and museums," said Samsung.
The Frame has become one of Samsung’s most popular TV lines, so much so that TCL and Hisense have launched direct competitors with TCL's Nxtvision TVs and Hisense's Canvas TVs.
