There are currently not many 5K and 6K monitors to choose from, but soon Acer will offer both as part of its new ProCreator PE0 range.
The two monitors feature IPS LCD panels with 60Hz refresh rate. They claim to support HDR but actually truly deliver HDR visuals due to the limitations of IPS LCD. Instead, they should be viewed as monitors for graphics work, video editing and similar tasks in SDR
The exact resolution of the 32-inch 6K monitor is 6016x3384 pixels, identical to Apple's Pro Display XDR. However, unlike Apple’s monitor, Acer's does not utilize LED zone dimming.
- "The ProCreator PE320QXT boasts a stunning 6K (6016x3384) resolution, while the ProCreator PE270XT offers an impressive 5K (5120x2880) resolution. Both ProCreator monitors support 99% of the AdobeRGB and DCI-P3 color gamuts, and ensure exceptional color accuracy with Delta E<1. They are VESA DisplayHDR 600 certified, touch-enabled for precise and intuitive controls, and equipped with 8M webcams for real-time collaboration and videoconferencing. They also feature ErgoStand for optimal viewing positions," announced Acer.
