Samsung was first, but now AOC, MSI, Dell and Asus have joined the race with the first 27-inch QD-OLED monitors with 4K resolution.
At the beginning of the year during CES, we were promised 27-inch OLED with 4K resolution, and yes... they are here now.
All of the monitors use the same 4th generation QD-OLED panel produced by Samsung Display, so it is no surprise that sister company Samsung Electronics was first out of the gate.
The launch of 27-inch OLED with 4K resolution follows last year’s launch of 32-inch 4K OLED. 27-inch OLED with 5K resolution is expected in 2026.
Now available around the world
In recent weeks, AOC, MSI, Dell and Asus have all officially launched their first models around the world.
All of the monitors measure exactly 26.5 inches diagonally in 16:9 format. They feature an QD-OLED panel, 3840x2160 pixels (4K), 99% DCI-P3, HDR support, and 240Hz refresh rate, which combined with the ultra-fast 0.03 ms response time outperforms 360-400Hz LCD monitors in motion clarity.

They all use the same QD-OLED panel, but differ in areas such as design and DisplayPort 2.1
Differences in design, features and price
The differences lie in design, ports, software and the like. The models from AOC, Asus (PG27UCDM) and MSI are the first to offer DisplayPort 2.1, which is becoming more common in graphics cards.
And naturally, there are price differences. In fact, there is a significant price difference between the cheapest cheapest and most expensive models at launch. See the table at the bottom for pricing and dealers.
