BenQ's new QD-OLED monitors feature up to 540Hz, DisplayPort 2.1

As the OLED monitor market continues to grow, BenQ has announced three new QD-OLED monitors for 2026.

The 27 and 32-inch models feature either 4K or 1440p resolution and will compete with similar QD-OLED monitors from Asus and Samsung.

- "MOBIUZ EX Series models range from 27 to 32 inches with QHD or 4K resolution, refresh rates up to 540Hz, and wide 99% DCI-P3 colour coverage, with select support for Adobe RGB. These three new EX models – EX271UZ, EX321UZ, and EX271QZ – feature QD-OLED panels, ultra-low response times as fast as 0.03ms GtG, and FreeSync Premium Pro support," announced BenQ.

DisplayPort 2.1 and up to 540Hz
The BenQ Mobiuz monitors are designed for gaming and look the part. Thanks to QD-OLED panels, they promise excellent picture quality both in and outside of gaming, along with extremely fast response time – like WOLED.

Interestingly, BenQ lists the EX271QZ as supporting 540Hz, rather than the usual 500Hz associated with this QD-OLED panel. Since the monitors will not launch until 2026, this may indicate an optimized version of the panel.



The 32-inch EX321UZ (not to be confused with the EX321UX with miniLED LCD) will feature DisplayPort 2.1 with 80Gbps bandwidth to drive 4K at 240Hz. The 27-inch EX271UZ also offers 4K resolution but only DisplayPort 1.4 (with DSC) and HDMI 2.1. They are also pre-calibrated to DeltaE<2. BenQ did not list brightness specs.

BenQ’s 27-inch EX271UZ will be available in Q1 2026 for €1000/$1000, the 32-inch EX321UZ from Q1 2026 for €1400/$1300, and the 27-inch EX271QZ from Q1 2026 for €950/$900.
