Next year's S95H, S90H and S85H OLED TVs have appeared in the Samsung parts database. The company has also filed trademarks for 'Neo miniLED' and 'Neo Micro RGB'.
Update: 55" and 48" Samsung S95H OLED TVs have now also appeared Samsung spare parts databases.
The model names of Samsung's 2026 OLED TVs, for example 77" S95H, are public for everyone to see.
The 2025 OLED models are known as S95F, S90F and S85F, so it appears that Samsung plans to skip 'G', as the 2026 OLED models are listed as S95H, S90H and S85H.
No 55" flagship OLED?
FlatpanelsHD has discovered the following 2026 Samsung OLED models listed in the parts database:
- 55" Samsung S85H – link
- 65" Samsung S85H – link
- 77" Samsung S85H – link
- 83" Samsung S85H – link
- 42" Samsung S90H – link
- 48" Samsung S90H – link
- 55" Samsung S90H – link
- 65" Samsung S90H – link
- 77" Samsung S90H – link
- 83" Samsung S90H – link
- Update: 48" Samsung S95H – link
- Update: 55" Samsung S95H – link
- 65" Samsung S95H – link
- 77" Samsung S95H – link
- 83" Samsung S95H – link
Curiously, there is no 55-inch S95H listed at this time, but it could simply be an omission. The 2026 "QLED" LCD models are not listed yet.
We should caution that in 2024 an 83-inch S95F with a QD-OLED panel was listed in the same Samsung parts database. As you may know, the 2025 83-inch S95F exists only with a WOLED panel. It is possible that a QD-OLED version was planned at some point, but it never reached the consumer market.
It is currently unclear if next year's 83-inch S95H will continue to use a WOLED panel or switch to QD-OLED like the smaller sizes.
'Neo mini LED' and 'Neo Micro RGB'
FlatpanelsHD has also discovered that Samsung has filed new
television trademarks in the US and other regions related to its "Neo" branding.
Today, Samsung markets its miniLED LCD TVs as 'Neo QLED', but the company is at least considering changing it to 'Neo mini LED', likely to align with the growing popularity of miniLED LCD TVs from Chinese brands such as Hisense and TCL.
In addition, Samsung has registered trademarks for 'Neo UHD' (
link) and 'Neo Micro RGB' (
link), the latter referring to Samsung's upcoming RGB LED LCD TVs currently referred to as 'Micro RGB'.
