The 2026 TV lineup includes a more competitive Z85C, featuring the new OLED SE panel, as well as a range of miniLED or regular LCD TVs in sizes up to 86 inches with either Fire TV, Google TV, Roku or TiVo.
Panasonic will enter into a strategic TV partnership with China's Skyworth, much like how Sony will partner with China's TCL.
However, you will still be able to find Panasonic-branded TVs in stores across Europe, the US and elsewhere. The company insists that it will continue to bring its expertise to these TVs, particularly the high-end OLED models.
A more competitive OLED TV
Last year's Z95B and Z90B will carry over into 2026, at least for now, with more announcements planned for later this year.
A new Z85C / Z86C will launch as the most competitive OLED TVs ever, according to Panasonic. It will be built on the new OLED SE panel from LG Display, the company confirmed to FlatpanelsHD during its 2026 launch event in Munich, Germany, this week.
Z85C / Z86C will compete directly with a model like LG B6, which also features the new OLED SE panel.

Z85C and Z86C are more or less identical except for the OS. Z85C will feature Google TV in EU countries while Z86C will run Fire TV in the UK. They will be available in 55 and 65 inches only – no cheap 77-inch this year – with support for 120Hz, Filmmaker Mode, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and Dolby Atmos.
FlatpanelsHD found three HDMI ports on the Z85C on display in Munich. Panasonic confirmed that it will still support HDMI 2.1, VRR and ALLM. However, it will not be Calman TV Ready or support Panasonic's calibrated 'True Game Mode' or the most advanced gaming features (Game Mode Extreme).

2026 LCD models
In 2026, Panasonic will launch new high-end LCD TVs with miniLED. W95C, or W97C with a different color finish, features more than 1000 dimming zones, up to 1500 nits peak brightness and 105% DCI-P3. They will be available in 55, 65, 75 and 86 inches, all with anti-glare screen coatings.
Powered by Google TV, these TVs will compete with the growing number of miniLED models in the market. They also feature HDMI 2.1, Dolby Vision, Atmos, Filmmaker Mode, 144Hz, and other features known from Panasonic's TVs. There is a built-in microphone for Google voice commands.
A cheaper W94C available in 55, 65 and 75 inches features miniLED, although the number of zones was not disclosed. It too has anti-glare coating, 144Hz, Dolby Vision, Atmos, Filmmaker Mode, HDMI 2.1 and a microphone. W94C runs Fire TV while a W92C variant offers Google TV.
Panasonic's cheapest miniLED LCD TVs are W91C and W90C, but these are limited to 60Hz panels with anti-glare coating. Available in 55, 65 and 75 inches, W91C is a Roku TV while W90C is a Google TV.
Cheaper W83W, W80C, W60C (TiVo), S65C (1080p, Fire TV) and S45C/S40C (720p, TiVo) will also launch this year. FlatpanelsHD is chasing more details for all models. Las year's W85B carries over into 2026.
