If you have bought a Panasonic internet connected TV in 2010 you lack the Viera Connect platform and the Viera Market App Store found in 2011 Panasonic TVs. Later this year Panasonic plans to release a firmware update for their 2010 TVs to enable the new platform.
Panasonic updates 2010 internet TVs with Viera Connect
In 2010 Panasonic introduced Viera Cast on internet connected TVs. In 2011 Panasonic introduced Viera Connect and the Viera Market TV App store.

Panasonic’s Viera Connect and Viera Market will soon be available on 2010 TVs
Later this year Panasonic plans to release a firmware update for their 2010 internet connected TVs with Viera Cast in order to enable the Viera Connect platform and the Viera Market App Store. The following European models are eligible for the update:
Plasma: VT20, GT20, V20 & G20
LCD: V20, D28 (37” and 32”), D25 & G20
We expect that it also applies to the same US models (ending with 5 instead of 0).
Panasonic says that most – but not all - TV Apps released for the 2011 models will be supported on 2010 models. Some TV Apps require the faster hardware processor in the 2011 models.
