The Apple TV app may soon arrive on Xbox consoles. An owner who is part of Xbox's beta program claims that the app briefly appeared.
Apple TV app on Xbox
Despite disagreements over Microsoft's Xbox game streaming on Apple's platforms, the two companies appear to be close to launching the Apple TV app on Xbox consoles. A deal would make the app available to millions of console owners.
A reddit user (Tzunami_Sapp) who is part of the Xbox Insider program, which provides access to beta software, claims that he saw the Apple TV app listed in the Xbox insider hub along with its logo and a full description. He says that the app produced an error when he tried to open it, and then disappeared.
Did anyone else see Apple TV in their insider hub? 👀 It was there. But when I clicked on it it gave me an error then disappeared all together. from r/xboxinsiders
The Apple TV app provides access to the Apple TV+ subscription service, the full iTunes movie library (including all 4K HDR titles), and partner channels. In addition to Apple devices, the app is available on select LG, Samsung, FireTV, Vizio, and Roku TVs or devices, and is coming later to Sony TVs.

For now, it is just a rumor. Neither company has made any public announcement. No plans have been announced to bring the Apple TV app to PlayStation either, or any other game console for that matter.
