Vizio has launched a refreshed line-up of soundbars for 2021 and 2022 with features like Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and HDMI eARC to complement its own TVs or TVs from other brands.
Vizio's 2022 soundbars
Last year's flagship soundbar, Vizio Elevate, will carry over. It is still the most capable soundbar in the company's line-up with its 18 speaker units including up-firing units for Dolby Atmos.
The rest of the soundbar line-up has been refreshed and the company refers to it as its 2022 line-up. The three new M-Series soundbars support Dolby Atmos, DTS:X and HDMI eARC ,but only the most expensive model has up-firing units built-in.

Vizio said that the stands of select 2022 Vizio TVs can be raised in order to fit the new soundbars underneath. It can also be used as a soundbar mount when the TV is wall-mounted. Vizio has a new menu on its TVs that allows the user to control and tweak the soundbars.

The soundbars are of course also compatible with TVs from other brands. LG, Samsung, Sony, TCL and many other TV brands now offer full line-ups of soundbars for improved TV audio. Any soundbar can be connected to almost any TV via HDMI ARC or eARC.
