Samsung's 2023 QD-OLED TVs will begin rolling out this week in the US, starting at $1900 for the 55-inch S90C, which sits just below the flagship S95C.
- "Samsung Electronics America today announced the expansion of its OLED 4K TV line with two new series – the S95C and S90C – both featuring a Neural Quantum processor that mesmerizes viewers with brighter, bolder visuals and infinite contrast so consumers can experience content in breathtaking detail. Offered in 55,” 65” and 77” screen sizes, both series begin rolling out at retailers nationwide today with prices starting at $1,899," announced Samsung.
The company said that its two new QD-OLED TV ranges "deliver up to 30% brighter, more vibrant colors and contrast" as compared to the 2022 S95B model. This is made possible by the improved 2023 QD-OLED panel. They also support HDMI 2.1, up to 144Hz, VRR and Dolby Atmos audio.

Both S90C and S95C are available in 55, 65 and 77 inches, but only the S95C has the external One Connect box and a more premium, slim design. See the table or the link below for more details.

With two QD-OLED models this year, Samsung has an even stronger response to popular OLED TVs based on LG Display's WOLED panel such as LG's C and G series. LG has responded by implementing MLA (Micro Lens Array) technology into its 2023 WOLED panel, which is found in LG G3 as well as the Philips OLED907 and Panasonic MZ2000 in Europe.
The 77-inch Samsung S95C is already available in the US and the other sizes will begin rolling out now in the US, said Samsung. They will also soon be available in Europe and other regions.
