Taiwanese AUO has presented details on a 65-inch OLED-TV panel at the SID conference. The OLED-TV panel is the largest so far.
New OLED-TV panel is world's largest
OLED-TVs are still nowhere to be found in most markets even though Samsung and LG both introduced 55” OLED-TVs one and a half years ago. Back in January, Sony and Panasonic also exhibited 56" OLED-TVs.

AUO has demonstrated this 32” OLED-TV prototype at trade shows in the past
At this year’s SID conference, taiwanese AUO has presented details of an even larger OLED-TV. The 65-inch prototype was not exhibited but AUO says that the have produced it and that the result is convincing. Light homogeneity is said to be perfect and picture quality sublime.
AUO does not sell TVs but produce display panels for other manufacturers to use in their TV products. AUO has also been involved in the development of Sony and Panasonic’s 56” 4K OLED TV.
AUO shared no details regarding mass production of the panel.
