Canvas has partnered with Samsung – the world's largest TV maker – on a new version of its HiFi speaker for TVs. The result is 'The HiFi Frame'.
Watch our Bang & Olufsen and Loewe. Here comes The HiFi Frame – a reference to Samsung's The Frame – as a more flexible solution designed to fit various Samsung flagship TV models.
In other words, you can buy a Samsung 2025 TV model and mount it inside The HiFi Frame, which houses the speakers and amplifiers. The result is a solution that looks fully integrated. It can be wall-mounted or stand on the floor.
- "The HiFi Frame is a combination of the industry’s best sound and best picture in a single design that complements our most exclusive TV series. It is aimed at consumers who demand both experience and aesthetics at the absolute highest level," said Knut Eirik Rornes, PM and PR at Samsung.
Denmark-based Canvas made headlines in January 2024 when it launched its first HiFi speaker for TV integration and music. The first version is compatible with TVs from all brands.

Art Mode and unique artwork
Many more of Samsung's 2025 models include Art Mode for the first time, as reported in January. The exceptions are the OLED TVs.
With access to Samsung's Art Store – the digital art gallery known from The Frame – users can access over 3,000 curated artworks from Leonardo da Vinci, Monet, and others. On the "regular" Samsung 2025 TVs, however, activating the standby mode with artworks requires a button press, unlike the automatic feature in Samsung's The Frame and The Frame Pro.
In addition, The HiFi Frame features arkwork by Danish artist Carsten Beck. He has designed speaker front covers that can be matched with the digital art in Art Mode, as shown at the bottom.
Fits 55–85" TVs
The HiFi Frame is compatible with Samsung TVs ranging from 55 to 85 inches. The TV is mounted inside the frame so that the outer frame surrounds both the Samsung display and the Canvas speaker.
Powerful bass is delivered by two 6.5-inch woofers and two 5x8-inch passive radiators from SB Acoustics. There is room correction (via smartphone) and Bacch 3D virtualization. For music, it supports Apple AirPlay 2, Google Cast (Chromecast), Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect and Roon. The TV connects via HDMI eARC.
The HiFi Frame will be launched at the IFA trade show in Berlin priced between 5,000 to 10,000 Euro, depending on size, TV model and choice of materials, according to the companies.
