Toshiba has announced a new Power TV range that comes with integrated batteries. The 24 to 32 inch TVs run 2 hours on a full charge - enough for some sports watching in the local park.

Portable TVs are not new but it’s not every day that we stumble upon 32-inch models like the one Toshiba has announced. The Power TV range will be available from 24 to 32 inches.

The TVs come with an integrated battery that is rechargeable. Toshiba says that you can enjoy 2 hours of TV watching on a full charge.
Toshiba have also thought about the practical complications. A signal amplifier has been built into the TV to boost reception in weak-signal areas. There’s even a light sensor that automatically adjusts light according to surroundings.
Toshiba says that the Power TVs will launch in the Southeast Asian countries soon. No words on a worldwide release at this point.
