Dell ST2220T is new multi-touch IPS monitor

We gave you some information about an upcoming Dell multi-touch IPS monitor back in October. The monitor is now official and is called ST2220T. It’s a 21.5-inch model with a multi-touch IPS panel.

Dell released their first multi-touch monitor, SX2210T, with a TN panel in 2010. Dell has now announced a new version with IPS panel.

The 21.5-inch Dell ST2220T features a 1920x1080 resolution, 50.000:1 dynamic contrast ratio (1000:1 static), 178/178 viewing angles, 250 cd/m2 brightness, and a 8 ms (g2g) response time. Connectivity includes HDMI, DVI, D-SUB (VGA) and 4 USB ports.

Dell says,
- “For maximum comfort, its A-frame stand design allows flexible tilt adjustment so you can move the screen forward, backward and even flat when the stand is folded”
