Dell’s new UltraSharp monitors
Dell continues to add new monitors to their UltraSharp line. The three latest are designed for office use and web-conferencing. The monitors carry the following model names; UZ2715H, UZ2315H & UZ2215H.
All three feature IPS panels with 1920x1080 pixel resolution, 8 ms (g2g) response time and sRGB color reproduction. They utilize edge LED for backlight and can be connected to a PC via 2xHDMI, VGA or DisplayPort. There are also 2x USB 3.0 ports and a headphone jack included.
The monitors are cheaper than some of Dell’s more feature-rich variants, and only tilt adjustment is offered. On the other hand, a Full HD camera, dual-microphones and 2x5W speakers are included to enable web-conferencing.
Dell’s new UZ2715H and UZ2315H monitors are available in the US and Europe now for $450 and $300. See www.dell.com. The UZ2215H will be available soon.
