You Apple TV might already have downloaded and installed the update but if not you can download tvOS 9.1.1 manually from System -> Software Updates.
The update includes bug fixes but the most significant addition is the new Podcast app. From here you can enjoy all your favorite podcasts through Apple TV. From the “My Podcasts” tab you can find the podcasts that you are subscribed to. Video podcasts are also supported.
