Music service Deezer has arrived on the Vidaa platform powering many Hisense, Toshiba and private-label TV brands. A Deezer button will soon be added to remote controls.

Apple Music, Amazon Music and Tidal may be available on other TV platforms but "Deezer is the only global music streaming service available on Vidaa", the companies announced.
The Vidaa platform is powering select TVs from Hisense, Toshiba and private-label brands. Over 15 million TVs in over 150 countries, according to the press announcement.

With a monthly subscription plan, Deezer offers access to over 73 million songs. 70 million tracks are available in FLAC quality, which is supported on Vidaa. Later this year, Deezer will roll out support for podcasts in the Vidaa app.

Deezer on your remote
A dedicated Deezer button will be added to all remote controls from Hisense starting this summer. The button will also show up eventually on some Loewe TV remote controls in Europe.

The company said that France, Mexico and Canada will begin shipping remote controls with a Deezer button this summer, with other countries rolling out throughout 2021.
