TikTok is bringing its app to TV platforms. Following Samsung Tizen TVs, Android TV and Google TV, TikTik is now rolling out to Amazon Fire TV devices in parts of Europe.

TikTok is now available on Amazon Fire TV devices in the UK, France and Germany. It arrives together with a new 'Discover' page, which has also been added on Android TV, Google TV, and Samsung Tizen.

Whether it's learning a new skill or just having some fun together watching what you love, now more than ever, this is a brilliant way for people to be entertained by their favourite TikTok content together at home," said Rich Waterworth, General Manager, TikTok UK.



The company said that its TV app has been designed specifically for a lean back experience in the living room, although you will still be watching mostly vertical video. 'For You' and 'Following' feeds let you access content without having to input text.

The app can be downloaded from the Amazon Appstore.
