If you have managed to get your hands on a PlayStation 5 console you can redeem six months of Apple TV+ for free. It applies to both new and existing subscribers.

Apple and Sony PlayStation have kicked off a new partnership just as the second season of comedy series Ted Lasso has dropped.
Installing the Apple TV app on your PS5 console will give you six months of Apple TV+ for free in what is described as an "extended trial". The companies said that the offer is valid for both new and existing Apple TV+ subscribers, but not in combination with other offers like Apple One.
- "Redeem your offer between now and July 22nd, 2022 and start watching critically acclaimed Apple Originals series and films. Enjoy fan favorites like Ted Lasso, starring Jason Sudeikis, See starring Jason Momoa with Dave Bautista and Alfre Woodard, and the highly anticipated sci-fi drama Foundation," said Sony. "If you have a current Apple TV+ free trial or are already subscribed, you can redeem this offer."
Apple TV+ is available through the Apple TV app
After you redeem the offer, you can use Apple TV+ from the Apple TV app on any compatible device. The subscription plan will renew automatically for $5/month after the six months.

Apple TV+ content is available in up to 4K Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos but Dolby's video and audio technologies are not supported by PlayStation 5.
How to redeem the Apple TV+ offer

- Download and open the Apple TV app and follow the on-screen instructions
- Sign in with your Apple ID or create an Apple ID if you don’t already have one |
