Bang & Olufsen launches Beovision Harmony 83" 4K OLED TV

06 May 2022 | Rasmus Larsen |

Luxury TV/AV brand Bang & Olufsen is expanding its Beovision Harmony series to include a 83-inch 4K OLED model that will cost 23000 Euro and 25000 USD.

The Beovision Harmony already exists in 65 and 77 inches with 4K resolution and 88 inches with 8K resolution. B&O is now adding a 83-inch model with 4K resolution.

Beovision Harmony has powerful speakers that unfold like a butterfly opening its wings when you turn it on. They revert to vertical orientation to partially hide the screen when you turn off the TV or want to listen to music.

The SoundCenter has been optimized for TV, movies and music and should fill even a large room with great sound. It can be expanded further through the built-in 7.1 surround decoder that allows users to connect up to eight wired B&O Beolab speakers. It is compatible with Bang & Olufsen's multiroom system, too. Beovision Harmony uses a standard LG G-series OLED TV which is mounted on top of the sound system. This means that you get LG's webOS platform with streaming apps, Dolby Vision support, HDMI 2.1 ports, and other advanced video features. In LG's TV there are software modifications that allow you to control everything with B&O's Beoremote One. As reflected in the high price, the TV targets the luxury segment. It is made from aluminum, oak and fabric. The 83-inch BeoVision Harmony will be available from May 2022 in Bang & Olufsen stores starting at 23000 Euro in Europe and 25000 USD in the US with a floor stand.
