YouTube increased the price of the Premium subscription in the US in July, and now price increases are being implemented in various regions including Australia, parts of Europe, and parts of South America.
On Reddit, users are sharing notifications of these price hikes.

For instance, one user reported a price increase from $30 to $42 per month for a YouTube Premium Family plan starting on November 30. In another case, a user in Germany was notified of a €6 increase, bringing the Family plan cost to €24 per month.
In Argentina, some users are facing a staggering +100% price increase.
Australia, Europe, South America
Currently, the international price increase seems to affect Argentina, Australia, Austria, Chile, Germany, Poland, and Turkey, as reported by 9to5Google.
It is possible that other countries may experience these changes soon, as it appears to be a gradual rollout.
Google states that the YouTube Premium pricing adjustment is "to continue delivering great service and features."

This move coincides with YouTube's global crackdown on ad-blockers.
