Why 24fps is not enough for HDR movies

The new 2010 series 8 of philips is about to come on the market (seems the 32PFL8605 is already) and I would love to see a review of this series 8.
The specs on paper looking very interesting and what I seen of the set on some videos it looks very nice.

Could we expect a review of these series 8 please?

I'm not yet sure what Philips TVs we will be testing but we will definitely receive some of them for reviews soon. I hope to receive one of the cheaper ranges within 1-2 weeks.
